FINDING TIME TO READ AND WRITE REVIEWS WHILE JUGGLING OTHER COMMITMENTS

Welcome to another chapter of our weekly special. Wow, chapter five(5), we've really come a long way, and if you have not started reading, I'm going to add the links right from Chapter 1(one).

In this chapter, I'll be talking about finding time to read and write reviews while still juggling other commitments, so let's get to it:
Reading and writing reviews is just a hobby of mine, and apart from writing reviews, I run a blog, a bookstagram (@rayo_reads) a Facebook account (@RayoReads), Goodreads, and even X (formerly called Twitter), and to be honest, it is really not easy.
So here are my top 5 ways of finding time to read and write while still juggling other commitments:

1. I read whenever and wherever I can; those little minutes when I wake, avoiding social interactions, a lecturer is running late, and a and a few minutes before I go to bed, I try to sneak a little reading time into my daily routine.

2. I write reviews immediately after I finish a book; while the book is still fresh in my mind, I whip out a notebook and pen and jot down my review ideas. P.S. Most of the time, the reviews do not always come immediately.

3. When it comes to posting reviews, I try to make use of my scheduling tools, but when I can't schedule my posts, I ensure I have the drafts ready.

4. With images and templates, I make sure to always prepare them before hand.

5. Lastly, reading is not a job; it is something I do for fun, so I enjoy it, and it is not a burden to me or my other commitments.

Question: How do you find time to read and write reviews while juggling other commitments?

HAS ANYONE SEEN MY HUSBAND BY KATHLEEN WHYMAN

๐Ÿ“– BOOK TITLE: HAS ANYONE SEEN MY HUSBAND? ๐Ÿ“–AUTHOR: KATHLEEN WHYMAN  ๐Ÿ“–THOUGHTS&OPINIONS:  #154thBookof2024 I love this book, the humor! The drama! And the mystique surrounding Scott and his numerous problems. I can't believe Marie and his ex-wife married this guy. Scott is an a$$hole, and he deserves to be treated as such. Those poor innocent kids ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. While humor was a big part of the novel, this book shines a light on serious topics such as infidelity, gaslighting, serial lying, and paternal irresponsibility towards children, just to say the least. I had so much fun laughing while reading this book and gained awareness of how lies and subtle gaslighting build up! What Scott did is unacceptable! And my heart goes out to all the things he did to the women he was with; what a gag๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคข. And yes, there is a love interest ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ. ๐Ÿ“– RATINGS : 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

#17 NETGALLEY READ: SOME LIKE IT SCOT

๐Ÿ“– BOOK TITLE: SOME LIKE IT SCOT  ๐Ÿ“–AUTHOR: PEPPER BASHAM  ๐Ÿ“–THOUGHTS&OPINIONS:  #135thBookOf2024 Thank you to Netgalley, the publisher, and the author for granting my request to read this e-ARC and provide my honest opinions. It has been long since I've felt all the feels of a romantic swoon, and this book filled my heart with a renewed faith in love and what love can do to a person. I kept wishing for this book not to end for me to continue immersing myself in the richness of the love story between Graeme (I pronounce this as "grim" in my head; I hope that is correct ๐Ÿ˜‚) and Katie. These two give a whole different meaning to love, ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ and I love it for them. Katie, the travel writer who does not have roots in any place, meets Graeme, who has a loving family in Mull and is not thinking of going anywhere any time soon. After meeting our two MCs, I thought that maybe this was just going to be a fling, but alas, with these two, the word fling doesn'...

THE REUNION BY KAYLA OLSON

๐Ÿ“– BOOK TITLE: THE REUNION ๐Ÿ“–AUTHOR: KAYLA OLSON  ๐Ÿ“–THOUGHTS&OPINIONS:  #155thBookof2024 I really wanted to love this; I mean, look at this stunning cover, but it is what it is, and I didn't love it ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. It was like the author wanted to shove the love interest down my throat ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. One thing this love story between Liv and Ransom did was make me cringe. I even lowkey hated the MMC's name ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜‘. The chemistry was not there, and it just felt as if Liv didn't have any other option than to date Ransom. Boy told you he wanted space; he didn't talk to you, and after so many years, he waltzed back into your life like he never left. The synopsis made it feel like Ransom was the reason Liv went into isolation ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜‘. Liv- I love your personality and your charisma, but your love story with Ransom was one I so detested ๐Ÿ™. ๐Ÿ“– RATINGS : 2 STARS ⭐⭐ ๐Ÿ“–๐ŸŒธ READ IF YOU LIKE: ๐ŸŒธ She has always loved him ๐ŸŒธ Friends to strangers to lovers ๐ŸŒธ Second chance romance  ๐ŸŒธ Hollywoo...
