BOOK REVIEW RUNDOWN: THE WEDDING PEOPLE

📖BOOK TITLE: THE WEDDING PEOPLE

📖AUTHOR: ALISON ESPACH

📖THOUGHTS&OPINIONS:
#108thBookOf2024
What happens when you book a very fancy hotel to die, leave your dead cat at home unburied, covered with only a blanket, only to stumble on a wedding? A group of happy-ish people, a bride who thinks the world revolves around her, the bride's friends who can't tell the bride the truth, the snarky sister-in-law and the stepdaughter who wants everybody to call her "Juice," and there is Phoebe, who doesn't fit into this crowd—the person who is going to turn this wedding around!

I loved so many things about this literary fiction, and the only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because of how it ended—it felt very inconclusive to me.

Overall, it was a very good read, and I'll always think of Phoebe anytime I'm at a wedding 😂😂.

📖RATINGS: 3 STARS⭐⭐⭐

📖QUOTES:

You really can’t ever know who you are going to become.

♤ A story can be beautiful not because of the way it ends. But because of the way it’s written.
