This is the first book in this triology, I was captivated by the cover 😍. Being a black woman working in a news station where you are constantly compelled to do more and bring your A game can be somewhat tiring. Even more tiring when you are thinking of having a family😪.

Tabby wants to have a family with a man she loves but when the doctor told her the condition about her "eggs" she has to act fast. I didn't feel the Chemistry between Mack and Tabby, it felt like a relationship of convenience. She told Mack about her condition and he didn't even care 💔😪.

I love the trio friendship between Tabby, Lexi and Laila 😍😍, friendships in books I love it. i also love the duo friendship between Grandma Tabby and Ms Gretchen.

This is a very unconventional love story, and you have to really get at it to grasp the story between Jay and Aleeza. You know I love everything time travel/parallel universe-related, and with each fiction book I read about this topic, my mind is blown away every single time. Yes, there's more mystery elements than the rom-com because how can Aleeza be in love with Jay, who is not even in her timeline, talk about a guy who is unavailable? I loved how put together this book was, how the mystery elements worked together; there was no point in this book that was left to assumptions; everything was explained well without being boring and overly descriptive. It was like the author wanted to shove the love interest down my throat 😂😂. One thing this love story between Liv and Ransom did was make me cringe. I even lowkey hated the MMC's name 😩😑. The chemistry was not there, and it just felt as if Liv didn't have any other option than to date Ransom.
