John is a very likeable character; in fact, I loved his character.  From being a self-centered dude to having leukemia and now to his aversion to hospitals. John is forced to go back to his roots to be a better person, and maybe even find love while at it! Seeing John with his friend Daniel was my highlight of the novel. I loved how Daniel came through for John and how he found a father figure in one of his role models. 📖 BOOK TITLE: CASSANDRA IN REVERSE  📖 AUTHOR : HOLLY SMALE  📖 THOUGHTS&OPINIONS: #LetterC of My Alphabet Challenge #NinthBookOf2024  Having a neurodivergent woman at the center of the story was nice. I was expecting more from this story, but my expectations were not met. I didn't like Cassandra as a character; she was so annoying, and the Greek mythology was so tiresome. 📖 RATINGS: 2 OUT OF 5 STARS(⭐⭐) 📖 QUOTES: "Time is the invisible thread that weaves our stories together."
